What to do when someone is sad Stories about feelings for kindergarten and elementary school
First a friend cries or needs help... and then? Children often need to learn how to show compassion to their playmates and how to successfully comfort and support them. This picture card set contains a total of 9 scenes from children's everyday life, during which help is given or empathy is shown in some other way. The aim of the game is to put the processes on the cards in the right order by sorting and arranging them. In this way, emotional competence and logical thinking are trained in equal measure!
Always in sequence: Arrange short picture stories about feelings correctly
What is happening in the pictures? In what order do the cards have to be placed in order for the story to be correct? What do the children feel and how do they act? With this game, children from the age of four practice sorting and arranging chains of actions and events. Should you ever be unsure, that's no problem: A prompt question from the accompanying booklet will certainly help you along! With a little practice, it will no doubt become easier to lay out the court cards one after the other. This not only promotes visual perception, but also social-emotional development!
